There’s something about being on site that no drawing or email can replace.
Questions get answered faster. Decisions happen on the spot. Misunderstandings disappear in real time.
We walk, we point, we sketch in the air, we laugh, we solve.
Being present clears the noise and brings clarity to the build.
Also we love being on field. Brings the best out of us !

From chaotic brainstorms and model-making madness to standing at the venue watching strangers pause, lean in, question, appreciate — every moment felt electric. There’s something incredibly humbling about seeing your ideas travel beyond the studio walls and connect with people from all walks of life. And then came the sweetest part, holding the People’s Choice Award in our hands. Not just a trophy, but a reminder that design is a conversation, and ours was heard. Grateful for a think-tank team that turned pressure into performance and long nights into spotlight moments. Still buzzing. Still building.

Presenting - The Linear Escape. No drama. No excess. Just thoughtful planning doing its quiet magic.

the plan keeps private zones tucked in and social spaces spilling out, because good architecture knows when to open up and when to hold back.
Clean lines, long views, and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow do most of the talking.

No simplicity is ever effortless. It is designed with strong intent. A riverside retreat minimal but meaningful !

Planned as a linear retreat, the layout follows a clear inside–outside dialogue with private rooms anchored on one side, social spaces opening seamlessly to the landscape.
Long sightlines, controlled openings, and a spill-out deck blur boundaries, while simple geometry keeps the architecture calm and timeless.
Every wall, opening, and pause is intentional, designed to slow you down, frame views, and let the outdoors become part of daily living.

Architecture that’s quiet.
But deeply thought through.

This office was designed with movement in mind - not just how it looks, but how it works.
The floor inlay isn’t decorative; it’s directional. A subtle guide that maps circulation, intuitively leading you through the workspace without a single signboard.

Above, the open ceiling stretches the volume, while the linear service trays don’t just carry utilities — they trace the same path below, reinforcing flow and continuity. What runs on the floor rises overhead, creating a dialogue between planes.

Glass-lined cabins keep transparency intact, daylight pulls workstations closer to the windows, and materials stay warm yet restrained — because productivity thrives where clarity exists.

When the space quietly tells you where to go.
This office was designed with movement in mind. Not just how it looks, but how it works!
Are office passages meant to be boring? Certainly not!

All in all a design that guides !

A people-first design that stays functional, unfussy, and future-proof !
Footfall: high. Maintenance time: low.
That’s the design math behind this café

A space planned like a dance floor — smooth circulation loops, zero dead corners, and flexible seating clusters that keep movement effortless.
Hardworking finishes (stain-friendly upholstery, scratch-proof laminates, and high-durability tiles) make sure the café stays fresh through every rush hour.

Custom lighting, zoned seating, and smart-height counters create an experience where people feel comfortable, conversations flow, and nothing gets in the way.

When the site plays tricky, we play smarter.
Hidden beams, wrapped curves, smart sliders equals to effortless living!

This living room came with uneven walls, awkward beams and strict vastu needs and one single wall to work magic on.
So we wrapped it in a smooth curvy design, concealed every offset, carved a larger vastu vault inside a rounded column, and tucked a smart sliding door behind the panel for privacy + better cooling.

A cosy clubbed living–dining, overlooking a kitchen that hides when needed and opens up when the home breathes.
Simple. Seamless. Designed for family moments. ✨
