Bengali fish curry

Ingredients

1. Rohu fish 1 kg
2. Garlic 3 to 4 whole
3. Green chillies 4 to 5
4. Coriander seeds 4 to 5 tablespoon
5. Mustard seeds one table spoon
6. Black pepper 4 to 5
7. Jeera 1 tablespoon
8. Turmeric powder 1 table spoon
9. Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 table spoon
11. Salt according to taste

For marination:-

1. Add 2 garlic 4-5 green chillies 1 tablespoon coriander seeds 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds 4 black pepper 1/2 tablespoon jeera 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder salt according to taste and grind it properly in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.

2. Then take the fine paste and marinate the rohu fish fillet properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

3. Take a kadhai aur a pen and add mustard oil 2 to 3 tablespoon and heated properly and then add fish fillets into it fry the fish will it until it becomes golden brown in colour.

Ingredients for curry

1. Take a mixture jar add 2 to 3 garlic 4to 5 green chillies 1 tablespoon coriander seeds one tablespoon mustard seeds 4 to 5 black pepper 1 tablespoon jeera 1 tablespoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder salt according to taste grind properly and make a paste.

2. Now take a kadhai add 1 to 2 tablespoon mustard oil heat it properly and then add methi dana to it.

3. Now add the masala paste into it and then add one finally job tomato into it.

4. Cover the lid properly and fry it until the oil separates out.

5. When the oil is separated then add 2 to 3 class of hot water into it.

6. Now add the fry fish fillet into the curry and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Make the flame of and garnish it with coriander seeds.

8. The Bengali fish curry is ready to serve.
