Design features include:

* Sloped tiled roofs for climate response
* Verandahs and sit-outs for shaded outdoor use
* Balanced openings for light and cross ventilation
* Layered materials—plaster, wood, and stone

The interiors follow a mid-century approach—clean lines, functional layouts, and a restrained material palette.

Rather than a traditional house, this is a contemporary interpretation of familiar spatial ideas, adapted for comfort and practicality.

A mid-rise residential building designed around a simple material palette—white plaster, vertical wood slats, and glass railings.

The facade uses repetition and layering to create depth, with balconies acting as both outdoor extensions and shading elements. Warm lighting is integrated to soften the elevation in the evenings and highlight the vertical rhythm.

Interiors follow the same approach—neutral tones, natural textures, and minimal detailing—to keep the spaces calm and consistent with the exterior language.

A straightforward exploration of warm minimal living in an urban context.

This living space is anchored by a patterned tile floor in warm terracotta and black, bordered with a solid red edge that frames the room like a carpet. Custom teakwood seating with cane insets introduces a note of traditional craft, while neutral cushions soften the overall composition. The media wall, detailed with vertical timber slats and a subtle geometric panel, offers a contemporary counterpoint, creating a dialogue between pattern, texture, and clean lines.
