Lotus!
This painting is also done on Hot pressed water color paper..
I really like the texture of the paper and the way it turned out..
Loved the hues too..
The Lotus itself calms and soothes..So, when I was doing this painting.. it had a calming effect on me.. relaxing too..!
Thoroughly enjoyed doing the painting.

After a long time..
Did some water color painting..
Here, the theme is and its done on Hot press watercolor paper..
I have used this kind of paper for the first time and I really like the feel and outcome..
For no reason, I was scared to use this kind of paper..
I am very happy with the outcome..!

Hi!!
Good Morning people!
Made something different for my Lotus Series. It's a canvas pouch and I stencilled a lotus on it and then later painted the leaves and water..
The stencil paper has been first drawn and then cut and then used for Stencilling.
I have used Fevicryl paints here.
The canvas pouch has been bought from ..
Do try.. it's simple to make..
Just remember to take little paints on the stencil brush otherwise it will smudge. Later, remove the stencil carefully and allow it to dry and then do the other one.

So, this is a Madhubani painting and I have used Watercolors and marker pens as my medium..
This is a free hand drawing where I have depicted Lotus with Om.

Hello people!!
Here's another one of my paintings on the series LOTUS..
I have been wanting to make this kind of painting for a very long time but just wasn't getting the inclination to do so..
As I had mentioned earlier to you all, that I will be exploring something new.. and so, here I am trying to do something that I haven't done before..
First I have used watercolor techniques and then i used the watercolor pencils to make the lines and to get the desired effect and then at last used the fine line marker pens to give a finished look..
Let me know, what you all think of the painting..

Hello peeps!!
Long time.
This time I have thought that I will do a series on Lotus.. But I won't be sticking onto watercolor alone..
I will be trying out different mediums and will be exploring new things..
What say.. it's a good idea.. isn't it??
So, here I have used POSTER COLOUR as my medium..
Tomorrow is another day and I will come with something different..
Will try to keep up with my series and will keep posting..
