Request to help one innocent lady for doing business & corruption in SBI :
Respected All , I request you to please help me for taking my outstanding of more then Rs. 50lacs from SBI for which they are charging interest from me as they give us the CC limit against debts of SBI. PLEASE HELP ME. one of innocent working women of India. I also post one long post just in which i put all mails which we send the senior most officers of SBI including Chairman but no body replying on it. Sunita Sharma 9783831751.

With due respect, & my trailing mail dated 04-09-2024,18-09-2024, 28-09-2024 , 03-10-2024 & on 19-10-2024, I want to draw your kind attention, that We receive response from 3 places as mentioned below:
1) Jaipur LHO (Phone call from AGM Security) & they also advise us to visit every branch once again for verification of all bills pls tell how is it practical possible to visit branch in every corner just for different bills of an amount of ranging 2000-20000 only in which most of bills are less then 2-3k only and in the case when we have the receiving of most of branches, & did the branch manager give us the time for the same?
2) From AO-4 of Delhi LHO, & they do some verification also about payment but till today we do not get any payment.
3) From Chandigarh LHO & they start working on it.
Rest nobody from Delhi LHO even bother to sent any reply. But we do not get any solution from them till now. Please help us otherwise now we have no other choice to through Court for our payments from the esteemed organization like you.
Waiting for the reply from the topmost management of SBI if you are not replying then who will reply & help to MSME Customer & Vendor from your down line team.

Please suggest, If your senior most team does not reply about my Query or my mail in which I'm asking for your help for the same, then how could I suppose to get the reply from your down line.
Only our CC account work related branch code 31345 was completed rest regarding our outstanding in various LHO for e.g. Delhi LHO, Jaipur LHO & Chandigarh LHO, we do not receive any reply from your side.
We have been waiting for the same since the last 25 days. We start receiving payment from chandigarh LHO only after they receive the legal notice. Was that the only way to get payment from your esteemed organisation?Please find the trail mail & help us out.

1) We currently use a cash credit limit of ₹90 lakh + Some terms Loans of around 70 lacs under CIF No. 86073820054 & account No. CC 36686678739 with SBI's Bhiwadi Industrial Estate branch, Bhiwadi Wide Branch Code No. 31465 from the last 7 years for which we are paying interest from time to time. Now we convert our Firm in PVT Ltd & waiting for switchover our Limit in new co. , with enhancement since last 3 months but the branch do not have time by the excuse of the audit is going on, some time officer is on leave & some time RBO don't have officer & some time AGM sir is on leave or on training. But as per unofficial reason, my loan is under CGTMSE scheme & they dont want to increase it even our most of CC Limit is against debts which we have to recover from your OWN BANK SBI. 2) At the same time, we have been an approved vendor for SBI, providing security and fire alarm systems for the past 15 years, servicing the Branches of Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh LHO. (Right now we are doing Delhi LHO & Chandigarh LHO only.) We currently have an outstanding amount of approximately ₹54.70 lakh, with a payment cycle extending over 9-10 months. More than Rs 15.00 lacs is overdue more than 3 years. Whenever we ask for old payments they say it is VAT time payment & we are not able to make it, is it really our fault ? We have paid taxes for those bills also. Please tell us if some of your Loan was old will your Branch Manager stop following the same or say it is old, forget it. The situation effectively means we are paying interest on money that is rightfully ours. It is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain our business under these circumstances.
3) We have also done work for the Jaipur Region when it was under Delhi LHO & even after the merger of SBBJ in SBI. our payment of Rs. 2.70 lac is still pending & when we follow the payment that time with security dept. one of your officers told me to stop following the same by telling you not to get the Payment as changes have been made in the Bank & it is very difficult to get old payment & we stop following the same to keep relation with the department as we have to work with them in future .(Branch Name - ACB JPR Jaipur, Ajitgarh Sikar, Arya Nagar Alwar, Balarwa Jodhpur, Banasthali, Bassi, Chaksu Jaipur, Chirawa, Deoli, Fathepur)
Respected Sir, Sorry to say, despite the claims of promoting MSMEs and supporting female entrepreneurs, MSME rules state that payments should be made within 45 days. We have to resort to legal action to recover our dues from SBI Ahmedabad & even after that it will take around 6 months. We had also registered the complaint on CPgram portal for the same against the SBI Chandigarh Shimla Zone & several Emails to all branches & submit bills 3-4 times in RBO & Zonal office with the Security Officer also but nobody wants to hear our problem ultimately the security officer said he have tired of following with branches & he can not support more as no one is making payment Now we are in process to send the legal notice against SBI Chandigarh LHO & start complaining against Delhi LHO in different Ministries to recover the dues. We have now no other option to make the complaint against Delhi LHO, if we do not get the payments from them. I kindly request your intervention in this matter. It is becoming extremely difficult for us to continue operating and surviving under these conditions. Please find some email reminder copy for your reference where branches are even no bother to reply.
The Total Pending Payment which we want to recover from SBI is as follows.
