UNO STUDIO:

The project " UNO STUDIO”, at Baner Pune, is a project by Heritage Buildcon. The project achieved an IGBC rating under Affordable Housing GOLD Pre-certification.
The project is a small-scale residential building with ground-floor parking and seven floors, with studio apartments on the 1st to 6th floors and office spaces on the 7th floor.

UNO STUDIO featuring the sustainability, such as:

-Rainwater harvesting,
-Solar Hot water installation,
-Native species of trees and shrubs for the landscape,
-Provision of an organic waste converter,
-Drip Irrigation facility for trees and shrubs,
-Electric charging facility for vehicles.
-Daylight for all regularly occupied spaces
-Ventilation for all regularly occupied spaces
-Effective segregation and management of waste
-Use of LED lighting fixtures
-Use of water-efficient plumbing fixtures
-Use of locally available and eco-friendly materials
-GreenPro certified materials.

Excited to share that our ARC STUDIO RAVET Pune team, Ar. Atul Ingale and Saishrirang Papalkar attended the IGBC Green Building Congress 2025 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.

It was an inspiring experience about the latest innovations in sustainable design and green building practices. We also visited the expo, where we explored new technologies, materials, and solutions shaping the future of eco-friendly construction. Also, it was a great meeting and discussion with green building enthusiast Ar. Anuja Mahale, Ar. Piyusha Patil, Ar. MIHIR BHAMARE, Nivedita Dileep, Ar Pradnya Walawalkar, Ar. Lekha Khairnar, Ar.
