A compact space, thoughtfully reimagined. The standard vanity became a floating design with a custom U-shaped drawer, reclaiming storage around the plumbing while creating a lighter, cleaner aesthetic.

Designed for busy mornings, this Jack & Jill bath trades a standard vanity for a floating one with dual U-shaped drawers that maximize every inch. Warm oak, large-format porcelain, and matte black accents bring balance, durability, and everyday ease.

A modest bathroom with a meaningful upgrade. The floating vanity, false front, and custom drawer layout transform unused space into practical storage while keeping the room open and refined.

The standard vanity evolved into a floating double vanity with optimized drawer layouts, concealed plumbing, and open shelving. Every detail was planned to improve storage, circulation, and the daily routine without compromising the clean, handleless aesthetic.

Kitchen
A standard builder kitchen was reimagined to improve both function and flow. By reorienting the layout, extending the island and pantry wall, and integrating appliances into the millwork, the space gained generous prep zones, storage, and a stronger visual presence. Handleless push-to-open cabinetry, double stepped flip-up upper cabinets, and drawer-based storage throughout maximize accessibility while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic. Matte black cabinetry, warm wood accents, and bold stone surfaces complete a kitchen that’s as practical as it is timeless.

Laundry Room
Designed as an extension of the kitchen rather than a utility room, the laundry space prioritizes organization and efficiency. Full-height cabinetry, dedicated storage zones, a quartz work surface, floating shelves, and integrated millwork ensure every inch is purposeful while maintaining the same warm, minimalist language throughout the home.

Master Ensuite
A thoughtful transformation from a darker, compartmentalized layout into a bright, fluid retreat.
Where the space once felt heavy and visually segmented, it now opens up through a clear glass shower, lighter surfaces, and a balanced, cohesive palette.

The herringbone stone flooring introduces quiet movement, while the freestanding tub and streamlined fixtures restore a sense of calm and openness. Soft grey cabinetry grounds the room, allowing light, geometry, and flow to take center stage.

A once-shadowed Jack & Jill bath transformed into a bright, uplifting space.
Soft terrazzo flooring adds playful movement, warm wood cabinetry grounds the palette, and vertical ceramic tiles bring lightness around the tub.
The result is a balanced, easy-flow space that supports calm morning routines for everyone who uses it.

Guest Bath
This guest bath shifted from dark and dated to seamless and serene.
Large-format marble-effect tiles wrap the room in soft luxury, clean-lined cabinetry opens up the space, and a glass shower enclosure maximizes natural light.
A simple, elegant welcome for anyone visiting the home.

A transformation where we reimagined the entryway, mudroom, and powder room: three spaces that quietly hold the rhythm of daily life, into a cohesive experience of warmth and ease.

Entryway
What once felt like a threshold now feels like an embrace. The new double doors, paired with soft flooring transitions and curated accents, invite light and movement to flow naturally through the home, setting a welcoming tone the moment you arrive.

Mudroom
Function elevated to comfort. With refined cabinetry, integrated storage, and a balanced palette, this hardworking corner now breathes calm into daily routines. Every element from the backsplash pattern to the counter detail was chosen to harmonize beauty with practicality.

Powder Room
A quiet sanctuary wrapped in texture and subtle story. The rustic tones evolved into delicate florals and warm undertones, creating an intimate, uplifting space that feels both grounded and graceful.

Together, these spaces celebrate the poetry of transition from entry to retreat, from motion to stillness, where design doesn’t just decorate, it supports how life unfolds.
