Lavaash dipped in homemade Chimichurri sauce are so perfect for those little hunger pangs !

Dip a piece of soft bread into this beautiful dip and take a tender bite.A flavour bomb blows your mind the moment you do it. That's Chimichurri for you...

Parsley,garlic,fresh red peppers chopped to tiny bits and drowned in extra virgin olive oil,splashed with wine vinegar/lime juice ,sprinkled with two pinches of oregano and salted n peppered to taste. That's all it takes...

Now you can use it as a topping for crostinis or over bruschetta ,as a dipping sauce or a marinade ,it's entirely up to you.

needed for this sweet potato chaat . It was just as simple as slicing a roasted sweet potato and topping it up with sweetened yoghurt with black salt ,table salt , roasted cumin powder and sprinkling some red chilli powder over it.

The vibrant garnish is coriander leaves , aloo bhujiya and pom arils.Bas.And trust me ,just stick to this and you will not go wrong !!

Now sit in the sun and relish it with friends and family. Perfect for times when you want a fuss free yet pretty elaborate looking dish. Also ,it works beautifully as a palate cleanser if you are serving an array of spicy snacks or dishes.
