Externally, GRC forms a durable, high-performance material that makes the sense of grandeur feel seamless. Its ability to mould into precise panels allows for flexibility and efficient installation. Being capable of sustaining large spans with reduced thickness, it becomes a lightweight material that eases structural demand.

The Secunderabad Railway Station redevelopment is structured as a phased infrastructure project spanning 16 operational platforms, enabling transformation without disrupting active rail movement.

A modular roof system and unified concourse strategy organise circulation and amenities into a coordinated framework. This allows the station to evolve in stages while maintaining operational continuity.

At its core, the project introduces a twin-level air concourse over an operational railway line, redefining how vertical planning and capacity expansion can be achieved in railway infrastructure.
