β’ Green chillies β 2
β’ Besan β 2 tbsp
β’ Suji (semolina) β 2 tbsp
β’ Salt β to taste

β’ Chopped coriander leaves β 2 tbsp

β’ Eno fruit salt β 1 sachet (or 1 tsp)
β’ Water β 1 tbsp
For the Paneer Stuffing
β’ Oil β 2 tbsp
β’ Fennel seeds β Β½ tsp
β’ Cumin seeds β Β½ tsp
β’ Coriander seeds β Β½ tsp
β’ Green chillies β 2, finely chopped
β’ Hing (asafoetida) β a pinch
β’ Curry leaves β few
β’ Onion β 1, finely chopped
β’ Carrot β 1, finely chopped
β’ Capsicum β Β½, finely chopped
β’ Salt β to taste
β’ Turmeric powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Cumin powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Coriander powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Aamchur powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Kashmiri red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Boiled potatoes β 3β4 medium, mashed

For the Paneer Center

For the Tempering
