get started, you will need the following ingredients:

1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Skewers (if grilling)
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

Combine the yoghurt, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, red chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl.

Chicken cubes should be added to the basin and well mixed with the marinade. For optimal results, cover and chill for up to 8 hours but no less than 2 hours.

Skewers should be soaked in water for 30 minutes before to use to avoid burning.

Turn the heat up on your grill or oven.
The chicken chunks should be threaded onto the skewers with a little space between them.
The chicken should be cooked through and slightly browned on the exterior after 12 to 15 minutes of cooking on the grill or oven rack.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro on top.
