Reserved was designed for a family that’s constantly in motion, three young children, parents, and grandparents living under one roof.

The home reflects this dynamic through a layout that flows seamlessly, with no harsh breaks, just a quiet rhythm between spaces.

At its heart is the staircase, a sculptural centerpiece with a custom sand-textured soffit and curved railing that melts into the architecture.

It’s not just for function, it’s a feeling.

A moment that defines the entire home.

With rich Sukupira wood, leather-finished Chianti marble, Arjun Rathi’s bespoke lighting, and tailored details throughout, this home doesn’t seek attention, it earns admiration.

We built Reserved to feel open, grounded, and human.

A place where kids can be playful, adults can find stillness, and generations can coexist, not just under one roof, but within one cohesive story.

Every space flows into the next, from the double-height living room with its swirling chandelier to the quiet sanctuary of the master suite.

The staircase ties it all together, rising with a soft elegance that speaks to the home’s sense of movement and grace.

Materials matter here: deep-toned wood, tactile marble, clean lines, and handcrafted light fixtures, all chosen to evoke warmth without excess.

This is design made to last, not just impress.
