Snehalayem Property Maintenance Services Pvt Limited offers full building services and fabric maintenance, across both public and private sectors. We set up and establish bespoke maintenance regimes for commercial buildings, offices, schools, colleges, retail buildings and many other privately owned properties – whether large or small.
We work with facilities managers, building owners, building occupiers and private individuals (Landlords), to put together efficient, cost effective and sustainable maintenance packages.
We offer complete or partial packages and work with our clients to establish a better way of delivering our services, whilst always maintaining the functionality of their buildings, properties and land. We provide four packages for NRIs and foreigners who are permanently settled abroad. Payments for packages offered are to be settled on a monthly direct debit or a standing order set up.
Once agreed and finalised, clients will be given completed, signed service agreements that are legally binding under the jurisdiction of Indian law.
All our works are fully insured. We have a large liability cover in place to ensure that our staff and their quality of work are covered to the highest standards.
