A-Class Marble’s presentation at India Design ID 2026, Carved by Time, offered a nuanced take on marble as more than just a finish. Designed by Ar. Aamir and Hameeda Sharma of AANDH the installation transformed the booth into an immersive, sculptural landscape, where suspended forms and fractured compositions echoed the slow drama of geological change.

Through a walkthrough of the space, Aamir unpacks the thinking behind it. How the shifting light and sculptural fragments in Angelo Fiore reveal marble as fluid and evolving, rather than fixed and final. Angelo Fiore, newly launched in India, comes from A-Class Marble’s new mines in Africa.

In this telling, stone becomes both process and product, shaped by time, yet continually reimagined through design.
