Hello people I'm sharing another recipe of Bhogi Sabzi. Previously i shared a different type of bhogi recipe. In this recipe you will get perfect spicy tasty.
Sankranti is very first festival in new year. But a day before Sankranti is celebrated as Bhogi.On the occasion of bhogi, special dish is made using different types of veggies such as beans, green chickpeas, potato, carrots ,bringel, drumstick etc & specials healthy sauce is made of sesame, groundnuts & coconuts. Basically it is kind of mix Veg sabzi. You can use any vegetable in Bhogi sabzi. On bhogi day married women's are invited for eating at homes & some meal is delivered to people, that's why the name bhogi. so you can say bhogi means Aandan.
You can have this bhogi Sabzi with Hot bajara bhakari with sesame or Moong Dal khichdi or jira rise is best option to eat.
Generally Bhogi Sabzi looks very boring, but if you try method , you will definitely get better taste. Do like video.

As it is high source of energy, helps in digestion. it is also said to be anti diabetic. Bajari Bhakri is specially prepared on Sankranti & Bhogi festivals with some sesame seeds.
