This image shows the floor plan for two pairs of mirrored apartments on a single floor of a residential building. The central area of the image contains the shared amenities for the floor, while the apartment layouts are on the top and bottom sections, as well as the left and right sides.
Shared Floor Layout
A central 6' wide corridor runs horizontally through the center of the plan, connecting all four apartments.
Two lifts (elevators) are located in the center of the corridor, providing access to the floor. They are labeled "LIFT-01" with dimensions of 6'-0"x8'-6".
Next to each elevator, there is a small room labeled "STORE/PUJA" with dimensions of 5'-0"x5'-1", which could be used for storage or a prayer room.
A staircase is shown to the far left of the corridor, providing an alternative to the elevators.
Apartment Layouts
All four apartments appear to have a similar layout and square footage, designed for efficiency and comfort. Let's describe one of the mirrored pairs, as they are identical.
Drawing Area (19'-3"x10'-10"): This is the main living area of the apartment, and it's large enough to accommodate a sofa and chairs.
Dining Area (10'-9"x13'-10"): Adjacent to the drawing area, this space is designed for a dining table and connects to the kitchen.
Kitchen (12'-0"x8'-0"): The kitchen is a galley-style layout with space for a refrigerator ("REF") and other appliances. It is open to the dining area.
Bedrooms: Each apartment has two bedrooms.
Bedroom-01 (15'-0"x11'-0"): This is the larger of the two bedrooms, with an attached toilet (8'-6"x5'-6").
Bedroom-02 (15'-0"x11'-0"): The second bedroom also has an attached toilet (5'-6"x5'-6").
Balconies: Each apartment has two 6' wide balconies that extend from the bedrooms, providing private outdoor space.
The floor plan is well-labeled and includes dimensions, making it easy to understand the scale and flow of each living space. The design maximizes the use of space while providing separate, private areas for residents.
