Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, we gave Anjana’s grandfather’s table a new chapter.

Rather than hiding its age and imperfections, we chose to celebrate them — highlighting the cracks in gold and preserving the story held within the wood. ✨

A piece that carries memories from one generation, now restored to be cherished by another.

From an unfinished shell to a workspace full of character.

This transformation wasn’t driven by buying everything new—it was driven by seeing value in what already existed. Existing materials were reused, reclaimed pieces found a new purpose, and handcrafted details were thoughtfully woven into the design.

Upcycling didn’t just reduce waste. It gave this sustainably built office its unique identity.

Every reused element tells a story. Together, they create a workspace that’s warm, functional, and impossible to replicate.

What happens when old fan casings are given a second chance?

For this sustainably designed office, the client’s discarded fan casings were transformed into a custom chandelier that brings warmth, character, and purpose to the space.

Handcrafted Channapatna elements sourced from Fairkraft_Creations were thoughtfully incorporated, adding a touch of Karnataka’s heritage while enhancing the design details.

A reminder that good design isn’t always about new materials—sometimes it’s about seeing new possibilities in what already exists.

Sometimes the most meaningful transformations come from thoughtful details rather than dramatic changes.

For this project, an existing solid wood study table was customized to better suit the client’s needs, with an added planter ledge and handcrafted accents that bring warmth and personality to the piece.

The colorful Channapatna elements were sourced from Fairkraft_Creations , celebrating local craftsmanship and adding a playful touch to the design. The tabletop itself was created using reclaimed wood that the client already owned, allowing a familiar material to take on a new purpose.

By combining natural wood, handcrafted details, and reclaimed materials, the result is a workspace that feels personal, functional, and deeply connected to its story.
