The idea of DOTS AND LINES was mooted back in 2019 by us, Deepti and Raimole, close friends with a strong passion for handicrafts and home décor. The handicraft sector, one of the oldest and second biggest income generation sectors, remains neglected and marred by lack of proper support systems and outdated production methods. We feel that a large part of the consumers need to be made aware of the

value and glory of handmade items, especially handicrafts. They don’t have access to these crafts, which prevents them from purchasing such products. By 2021, DOTS AND LINES has expanded its horizon to pitch for the ideas and issues connected with the handicraft sector it strongly feels for. And here we are, promoting our mission through our entrepreneurial startup.
