The Iran Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the world, with a total gross floor area of 1.35 million square meters.
The Exhibition Center, covering 40,000 square meters of gross floor area, was added as an extension to the mall's original design. The concept design for the Exhibition Center was developed by EBA Architects.
As the Design Manager and Architect for the On-Site Engineering Department at Kayson Inc., I was responsible for overseeing all architectural design activities throughout the project's development.

The Tajiat Olympic Stadium, spanning an area of 74,500 m² and originally developed in 2012, has a seating capacity of 60,000 spectators. The primary objective of the project is to redesign the architectural drawings of the stadium in accordance with the latest revision of FIFA Football Stadium Guidelines and the client’s requirements.

Mersana Perfume Shop is located in the central garden corridor of Iran Mall. The construction encompasses various disciplines, including structural engineering, architecture, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). The interior elements were crafted using complex methods and materials, such as CNC technology, silicone formwork, automotive painting techniques, and artificial stone resins and pigments.

Nordprime Residential Complex is situated in Mazandaran Province, northern Iran, beside the Caspian Sea. Public facilities, including restaurants, pools, and gyms, are located below the landscape layer, which separates public and private areas. The design of the superstructure takes into account the narrow shape of the land, maximizing views of the sea to the south and the mountains to the north for each unit.

Mezzanine House & Workshop

The main challenge in designing the Mezzanine House & Workshop is to integrate the house and workshop on a very small plot of land. A back corridor allows for seamless circulation between the workshop and the house. The mezzanine structure efficiently accommodates all necessary spaces in a semi-independent manner. The central core incorporates sanitary spaces, stairs, and the main service shaft. Natural light, views, and ventilation are primarily provided through north and south balconies. All windows and openings can be secured with movable shutter-like structures.

Doost Art Gallery

Doost Art Gallery is situated in the basement of an old office building with a courtyard on the south side. The project features an art gallery and a small café in the courtyard. The primary challenge is to design functional spaces within a structure that combines a steel frame with load-bearing walls. The main exhibition area is divided into three halls of varying sizes, carefully planned to complement the buildings original geometry and structure. This design approach aims to create diverse and engaging perspectives for displaying artwork.

Baghdad Residential Complex

The Baqdad Residential Complex comprises 12 clusters, each featuring a combination of 3 podiums (4 stories each) and three towers (13 stories each), all elevated on a 4.5-meter-high parking structure at ground level. A key challenge of the project is aligning the building program with the Tunnel Form construction system. The façade design incorporates full-height glass windows with sliding wooden louvers, offering expansive views and natural light while providing dynamic shading.

The Magnet Minsk is one of the largest commercial complexes in Belarus, with a total gross floor area of 160,000 square meters. The development includes a shopping center, supermarket, food court, family entertainment center, cinema complex, office building, five-star hotel, and parking facilities. As the Design Manager and Architect for the On-Site Engineering Department at Belpars FLLC (Kayson Inc. in Belarus), I was responsible for overseeing all design-related activities throughout the project’s development.

The Remis Workshop and Warehouse project features a large warehouse and assembly workshop, as well as additional administrative facilities. Given the poor condition of the ground, the building is designed with two levels: the ground floor for administrative functions and the basement for other uses. Public access is at the ground level, while private access to the warehouse and workshop is provided via a ramp. The façade is designed with a grid pattern, incorporating small openings and guards to offer both natural light and security.

Chahar Bagh Villa

Chahar Bagh Villa is designed and constructed with a brick masonry structure. The main challenge was to create a villa with a maximum net area of 60 sqm at ground level and a height of 3.5 meters. The basement, which features two courtyards for natural light and ventilation, allows for additional space beyond the legal limitations. Two balconies on the north and south sides of the living room at ground level extend the living area into the garden, without increasing the total gross area.
