“Now that we’ve found love… what are we gonna do?” 💃🏻

Apparently… dance around the apartment like it’s 1991 😄

I know I look sort of ridiculous, but this is what I do to bring more joy and energy into my day. I actually made this video for my sister because I knew it would make her laugh.

Let’s normalize looking ridiculous sometimes, even on FB. This is a side of me that makes me smile.

Btw, isn’t there something about certain songs that instantly bring you back to your fun self? 🎶

Turn on Spotify to 1980s / 1990s (or whatever decade) dance hits and start moving your body.

I think women need more moments like this. 💃🏻

More dancing in the kitchen.
More goofy joy.
More movement.
More moments where nobody’s watching and you’re simply alive inside your own life.

I used to salsa dance in my 30s, took flamenco dancing in my 20s, and rhythm has always shifted my energy. Not that you’d know I used to be a good dancer from this video. 😂

Sometimes all it takes is one song and a little morning sunlight pouring through the window to completely change your mood 💗

I’m envisioning more dancing in my kitchen moments. Maybe we should challenge ourselves to do it at least once a day?

Do you have a favorite song to dance to that gets you off your feet?

Happy May Full Moon ~ it’s a rare blue moon that happens only “once in a blue moon” 🥰. It’s actually the second full moon in May.

As always, remember to stay calm and avoid conflict or any tough conversations. Put them off a few days.

Instead, use this powerful energy of the full moon for ‘dream creation.’ Focus the energy on manifesting what you want. Not what you don’t want.

Great time to write out your intentions for the next month or two, take some quiet time to meditate and even take a sea salt bath if you need to cleanse out the old energy.

Here’s some ideas from Spiritdaughter on IG

Tell yourself
🌕 you are done playing small.
🌕 the leap is worth it.
🌕 you are allowed to outgrow the old version.
🌕 the life you want is not too much.
🌕 you are ready, even if your voice shakes.
🌕 the next chapter starts tonight.

Wishing you a sweet full moon. Sending pink light and lots of love… 💗 Jayme

Lovelies ~ One of my favorite Italian philosophies is il dolce far niente... The sweetness of doing nothing. 🇮🇹

Not needing to be productive.
Not checking something off a list.
Not rushing to the next thing.

Just sitting by the sea.
Listening to the waves.
Breathing.
Being.

A small reminder from Sicily that sometimes doing “nothing” is actually something very important. 🌊

Happy Saturday. Tomorrow’s the full moon so it’s good to stay calm today and tomorrow.

Sending pink light! 💗

There’s something super nourishing about women gathering together. 💗👭

The belly laughter. The juicy storytelling. The yummy shared meals. 🍷

You have the feeling of being seen and understood without having to explain yourself.

Maybe this is part of what keeps women vibrant, connected and feeling alive.

We feel more relaxed and free. And I think our nervous systems know it.

Of course, being in Sicily Italy together makes it even more special. And possibly will lead to longevity in mind, body and spirit. 🇮🇹

Hi! 💞 You may have found me through my Sicily journey recently, so I wanted to take a moment to properly reintroduce myself and say welcome.

If you’ve been following along for Sicily, Italy, and my “live like a local” experience, there is a deeper story behind how I got here.

For me, this has never just been about my love for travel.

It’s about creating a life that feels more aligned, inspired, meaningful, and true to who you are.

Years ago, I walked away from a career that looked good on the outside but didn’t feel aligned on the inside.

I took a risk and that choice eventually led me to feng shui, writing my book “Feng Shui Your Life”, leading women’s retreats around the world, and slowly building a life rooted in beauty, travel, creativity, and purpose.

What I’ve learned along the way is this:

When you let go of what no longer nourishes you and make space for what is truly meant for you, life has a way of meeting you there.

I call it ‘making space for magic.’ I’ve done it more than once. It’s very scary but ultimately 100% worth it.

Thank you so much for being here and for being part of this incredible journey with me. It means a lot.

I’m looking forward to sharing more about creating a joyful, meaningful and beautiful life with positive energy and dreams coming true. 🌸

I’m curious, what part of this story resonates most with you? I’d love to hear from you. I read every comment. Also, where are you in this wild world?

There’s a certain sweetness to Sicilian nights. 🇮🇹✨

No real plans. Nowhere we needed to be.
Just my sister and I wandering through Ortigia together, taking in the beauty around us.

The music drifting through the piazza.
The glow of the Duomo at twilight.
The warm night air.
Locals lingering outside, talking, laughing, living.

One of the things I love most about Sicily is how people truly inhabit the evening. They don’t rush through it. They savor it.

And somewhere between the violin music, the sea air, and these slow nighttime walks with my sister, I felt myself softening too.

I wasn’t thinking about the future. I was just there and enjoying the “sweetness of doing nothing” or as the Italians call it “dolce far niente.” 🇮🇹

Sometimes the sweetest moments are the ones where nothing “important” is happening at all. 👭

One of the most wonderful things I’ve witnessed here in Sicily is women finally allowing themselves to receive and to practice self-care.

Not just rest.
Not just beauty.
Something deeper.

Space.
Presence.
Joy.
Time to simply be instead of constantly doing for everyone else.

So many women have spent decades giving outward… emotionally, energetically, endlessly.

And sometimes it takes stepping outside of your normal environment to realize how much you’ve needed something too.

A slower rhythm.
A beautiful meal.
A fun hair blowout.
A relaxing massage.
A walk by the sea.
A moment where your worth isn’t connected to how much you’re producing or taking care of others.

Just being alive and receiving what life is offering.

And there’s something profoundly healing about that.

It’s truly my greatest joy to watch women (including myself) transform in this way. 🇮🇹💗👭

Have you been wondering what to do with your one wild and precious life?

I think so many women are asking themselves that question right now.

Especially in this season of life.

After decades of giving…
to work, relationships, family, responsibilities, expectations…

There comes a moment when something inside whispers: What about me?

That’s part of what this month in Sicily has been about for us.

Choosing ourselves.

Not in a selfish way…
but in a life-giving way.

Breathing deeper.
Laughing more.
Slowing down long enough to actually feel the beauty around us.

The sea.
The sunlight.
The food.
The conversations.
The joy of simply being alive.

Women are so often conditioned to give outward constantly…. emotionally, energetically, endlessly.

And there’s something deeply healing about turning some of that energy back toward ourselves.

To nourish ourselves.
To listen to ourselves.
To fully inhabit our own lives again.

Carpe Diem. This is your life too my friend. 💗
