It takes time to understand a space and truly decorate it. I always have a million ideas, and they are constantly changing. To be honest, I’ve felt quite frustrated lately: I’ve been in this studio for over 10 months now, wanting everything to be perfect, but it always feels a bit messy and not quite reflecting the exact mood I want.

But since I adopted Ozzy—who has some trauma from his past—I’ve been forced to slow down. He taught me to accept the process, focus on my goals, and stop caring about what people think.

So, I stopped running. Piece by piece, corner by corner, the plan is finally taking shape. It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to try something and realize a few days later that you don't like it. Or, that everything is exactly where it’s supposed to be.
It’s been a month since I set up the entrance, and I’m finally loving it. The ceramic leash holder is definitely my favorite piece! 🖤
