B residence
This villa was conceived through a diagonal placement on the plot, an intentional move to seamlessly integrate the setbacks and eliminate the typical long, unused setback corridors that would have resulted from aligning the house with the property lines. The result is a layout that feels fluid, efficient, and fully connected to its surroundings.
The exterior palette combines textured stone with crisp white concrete, creating a balance between warmth and precision. The stone’s vertical rhythm wraps the façade with depth and tactility, while the white concrete volumes introduce a clean, contemporary contrast.
Stone louvres along the bedroom side ensure privacy from the street without compromising natural light. Their spacing filters the soft eastern sun into the interiors, casting a dynamic play of shadows throughout the morning hours.
A residence that responds to context, elevates materiality, and redefines the relationship between architecture and its site.
