【古民家改修プロジェクト】〜山梨県〜

オーストラリア在住のクライアント。
古民家を再生し、宿泊業の開業を目指しています。
長くメンテナンスされていないため、漏電対策として既存の配線をやり直す必要がでてきました。新しく設置するコンセントやスイッチ、照明器具の配置、民泊に必要な設備などの確認を行いました。
民泊をするにあたり、消防設備も必要となるため、消防設備についても計画を行いました。
A client residing in Australia is aiming to restore a traditional Japanese house and open it as a lodging business.
Since the building has not been maintained for a long time, it has become necessary to redo the existing wiring as a countermeasure against electrical leakage. We reviewed the placement of new outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, as well as the facilities required for operating a guesthouse.
In addition, since fire safety equipment is also required for running a guesthouse, we made plans regarding the fire prevention systems as well.
