【マンションリフォーム】
分譲マンションの1室を全面リフォームさせていただきました。
LDKの壁一面に『エコカラット』という調湿・消臭効果の高い特殊なタイルを貼り、梁下に間接照明を仕込んで空間に広がりを感じる仕上がりになりました。
システムキッチンの前に無垢材の対面カウンターを設置し、使い勝手も見た目も良くなったと思います。
寝室や子供部屋にはアクセントクロスを貼り、特に子供部屋にはチョークで描いたり消したりできる最新の『黒板壁紙』を貼っています。
I completely renovated one room of condominium.
On the wall of the LDK, a special tile with high humidity / deodorant effect called "Eco carat" was affixed, indirect lighting was added under the beam, and finished to feel spreading in the space.
I installed facial counter with solid wood in front of the system kitchen, I think that the ease of use also improved.

壁紙の貼替となると国産メーカーだけでもサンゲツ・東リ・リリカラ・シンコール・トキワetc...輸入壁紙も合わせると選ぶだけでも何日もかかります。
最近では、ベースには比較的安く貼替ができる量産タイプと言われるものを使用し、部屋の壁一面のみや梁や柱部分のみにアクセントクロスとして少し派手目の大柄なものや木目調やタイル調といったフェイクの壁紙を使用すると、予算をかけずにお部屋の雰囲気をガラッと変えることができます。

【シェアハウス①】
古くなった住宅をシェアハウスにリノベーションするお手伝いをさせていただきました。
1階は共有スペースとし、2階の和室２部屋を洋室に改装して鍵付きのドアをつけ、全体のインテリアはデザイナーが選択したアクセントクロスと木目の綺麗な床材でいい感じに仕上がりました。

門扉を鋳物風に変えてアプローチのレンガを真っ白な石材調タイルに貼り替えると外観の印象が明るくなりました。
お手入れが大変だった生垣を目隠し効果と通風を両立したルーバータイプのアルミフェンスに替えさせていただきました。
