Space inside a pitched roof is the most unutilized areas of a pitched roof house. It actually takes up 40% and above area of your house, but you waste it up by only having a water tank or two huko ndani.
Make use of it like we did here. Create the space to be your master bedroom, family room, prayer room etc, it even gets you better views and fresher air huko juu. Have dormer windows, roof windows, balcony etc for natural lighting and fresh air.
The cost difference is way much low than the value you will get. To access it you can put a retractable stair or a wooden staircase, you don't have to use concrete. Dont waste your roof space, make it habitable, make use of it
