Stuffed Cauliflower!!

It was pretty good, I would make a few more alterations next time, less boiling time more seasoning in the topping… but it was pretty good!

Alterations
I did not use Kale. 1. I’m allergic. 2. It’s gross 😂
I used garlic powder instead of garlic cloves… fresh garlic also gives me some trouble
I used mozzarella instead of Munster… cuz I didn’t have it in the house
