The Himba Tribe.

Apart from applying red ochre on their skin, Himba women do take a daily smoke bath to maintain personal hygiene.

They will put some smouldering charcoal into a little bowl of herbs (mostly leaves and little branches of Commiphora trees) and wait for the smoke to ascend.

🎄🎄🎄 Haditihi Hadithi: We have a rose bush that was pretty much consumed by our live fence. We pay zero attention to it. It just lucky enough to be situated next to our wet area. If it didn't bloom once in a while it would be easy to think there was no chance it survived. In spite of it all it extends itself to the very top of our live fence 2m tall it has thrived through out the year. And shines!! 😊

If anything can describe this year... It's this rose bush!
