មុននឹងអញ្ជើញមាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍វិញ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ គឹមហួន អគ្គលេខាធិការអាស៊ាន អំឡុងពេលនៃការចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសអាស៊ាន ស្តីពីស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្នរវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ នៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។
ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវកង្វល់ចំពោះស្ថានភាពមនុស្សធម៌ដែលកាន់អាក្រក់ទៅៗ ដែលបានជះឥទ្ធិពលដល់ជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជាជាងកន្លះលាននាក់ និងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ និងវិបុលភាពរួមក្នុងតំបន់ ស្របតាមធម្មនុញ្ញអាស៊ាន និងគោលការណ៍មូលដ្ឋាននៃច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដោយផ្អែកលើស្មារតីនៃការចូលរួមដោយស្ថាបនាជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានទាំងអស់ និងដៃគូនានា។

Before returning back to the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a Meeting with His Excellency Dr. KAO Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN on the sidelines of the Special ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on the current situation between Cambodia and Thailand, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister expressed concern over the worsening humanitarian situation affecting nearly half a million displaced Cambodians and emphasized Cambodia’s strong commitment to promoting shared peace, security, and prosperity in the region, in accordance with the ASEAN Charter and the fundamental principles of international law, guided by a spirit of constructive engagement with all ASEAN Member States and partners.
