🇵🇹 Polvo à Lagareiro (Portuguese Octopus Recipe) 🐙🔥
Ingredients
1 kg octopus
800 g small potatoes
6 garlic cloves
100 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Boil the octopus for 40–50 minutes until tender.
2. Boil the potatoes until soft.
3. Lightly crush the potatoes.
4. Place octopus and potatoes in a baking dish.
5. Add garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
