Торговый знак «Voltolina» - это синоним Стекла и Хрусталя. Братья Вольтолина, венецианские наследники старинной традиции обработки стекла, в 1984 году объединили усилия с целью предложить на рынке новые компоненты для осветительного оборудования, произведенные из хрусталя высокого качества. Тщательность при выборе первичного сырья вместе с использованием новейших технологий позволили предприятию достичь высочайшего качества, делая его, несомненно, одним из мировых лидеров на рынке света. На сегодняшний день наиболее крупное производство располагается на площади в 80000 кв.м., 30000 кв.м. из которых составляют крытые помещения, с привлечением более 700 человек производственного персонала высокой квалификации. Производства более скромных размеров, но не меньшей стратегической важности, размещены в Испании, Румынии, Тунисе и других странах. На протяжении многих лет сильная сторона предприятия заключалась в производстве хрустальных подвесных компонентов для люстр.

Впоследствии производство было диверсифицировано и
ассортимент расширен за счет изделий для освещения внутреннего интерьера, изделий для сервировки стола и подарочных изделий. К производству хрусталя в 2000 году был добавлен отдел художественного стекла с применением Муранского стекла и бессвинцового стекла высшего качества. Большая производственная гибкость различных подразделений предприятия позволила в последние годы нарастить присутствие фирмы на многочисленных сегментах рынка. Изделия «Voltolina» продаются во всем мире, конечный заказчик может найти их в продаже в выставочных салонах Венеции, также как и в салонах Касабланки или же в лучших магазинах Нью-Йорка, Москвы и Дубаи.

Благодаря изобретательности и настойчивости технического отдела предприятия, в 2001 году была представлена новейшая система сборки люстр под названием «Система Леонардо». Система дает возможность собирать люстру без необходимости работы с электрической частью, значительно упрощая весь процесс сборки. Потребители, все более внимательные к простоте и удобству пользования бытовыми приборами, немедленно приняли революционную важность этого новшества.
В 2009 году «Voltolina» создала еще одну дочернюю компанию непосредственно на острове Мурано - МураноЛаб1291, которая изготавливает люстры, строго соблюдая старейшие традиции обработки Муранского стекла.
