مش كل شق بالحيط سببه الحيط نفسه. مرات المشكلة بتبلّش من الخلطة وطريقة التحضير والتنفيذ.
لما تكون الخلطة مدروسة، والحيط محضّر صح، والسماكة محسوبة، النتيجة بتكون أقوى وبتعيش أكتر. التفاصيل الصغيرة من البداية هي يلي بتمنع المشاكل بعدين.

مش كل حجر شباك لازم يكون مستقيم تمامًا.
ميلان خفيف لبرا بيساعد المي تنزل بعيد عن الواجهة، وبيخفّف احتمال التسريب والرطوبة جوّا الحيط. 💧
تفصيل صغير بالتنفيذ، بس أهميته كبيرة على المدى الطويل.

A window sill should not be installed completely level.
A slight outward slope helps water drain away from the facade and reduces the risk of seepage and moisture inside the wall. 💧

الشقوق مش دايمًا سببها الدهان. أوقات المشكلة بتكون من تحضير الحيط، سماكة التوريق، أو طريقة المعالجة بعد التنفيذ. 🧱

التوريق الصح بيبلّش من الأساس، مش من الشكل النهائي. إذا عندك مشكلة بالحيطان، احكينا والاستشارة علينا.

Wall cracks are not always caused by paint. Proper plastering starts with surface preparation, calculated thickness, and correct curing.

قبل ما تعالج الضرر، اسأل حالك ليش صار من الأساس. 🔍
الحيط الأسود أو السقف المتقشّر ممكن يكونوا نتيجة مشكلة أكبر ما عم تبين من أول نظرة.
فكّر أعمق، افحص صح، وعالج السبب مش الشكل. 🏗️

Before repairing the visible damage, ask why it happened in the first place.
A black wall or a peeling ceiling may be a sign of a deeper problem.
Look beyond the surface, inspect properly, and treat the cause.
