Proposal for an Apartment in Colombo 05: Green spaces adorn every apartment, offering a private oasis for residents whilst shielding them from the city's buzz and the chaotic neighboring built fabric.

Concept imagery for a Meditation Center: Envisioned as part of a Masterplan for an 8 Acre site, this proposal is inspired by traditional Buddhist architecture but delivered with a modern aesthetic. The layout merges with the contours of the site and strikes harmony with the natural landscape; all whilst paving the way for future developments.

Featured in this proposal of a staff Accommodation Facility, is an irregular pathway that emphasizes spatial progression within a linear building. The objective was to ensure a differing yet refreshing experience for the user in their ingress and egress of the building.

Presenting the Katubedda Paint Shop, conceptualised as a "rustic grid". The design blends affordability and functionality with aesthetics; by featuring a low-cost, robust shelving system that was also envisioned to be space-defining for the interior. This grid scheme continues outside, where it is transformed into a green facade with reused paint buckets to give an eco-friendly touch.

The overall result is a colourful, eye-catching and inviting atmosphere generated by the use of simple detailing that balances storage and display with spatial occupancy.

Transforming Heritage into Innovation: The Adaptive Hub in Ratmalana.

Embracing the principle of adaptive reuse, an old garment factory was turned into a Vehicle Service Center in the heart of Ratmalana's Industrial Zone. With the main focus on sustainability, the design also incorporates energy efficient features like rainwater harvesting, solar net metering and waste water treatment. Ample greenery is incorporated to both reduce heat and offer a pleasent, green oasis amidst the otherwise harsh industrial environment.

A calm oasis in the heart of a hospital, this interior design of a bakery evokes spatial efficiency and sustainability. Large windows frame a pleasant interior, with a diagonal counter demarcating two functional areas and guiding visitors through the experience. Furniture fashioned from upcycled materials was designed to create the perfect blend with the rest of the interior finishes. Customers are treated to a spacious interior that reflects vibrancy and freshness.
