A unique modern family-oriented luxury residence for a small family; the son who is a cricketer by profession and his beloved mother and father, lives together in this simple, yet very elegant home. With their busy lifestyle, they’re now able to enjoy family time, tranquility, relaxation, simplicity, and spend their leisure hours humbly socializing with family and friends in their own home, while simultaneously experiencing elegance and luxuriousness.

As a cricketer, the client was always seeking freshness and simplicity throughout the project, showing keen interest in fresh colours, simple materials and finishes. Therefore, as the Architect, I thought of bringing more volume to the interior spaces with soft colours to maximize freshness and depth in each and every space, while using tempered glass to bring simplicity within spaces.

Altogether, the interior arrangements, along with the polished, cemented RCC decorative side wall feature, added richness and elegance to the design.

As the Architect for this beautiful housing project, I would like to dedicate my sincere thanks to the whole team who took responsibility for the construction process and who dedicated their 100% to achieving the final finishes.
