Slow cranking of engine
1. First check batter indication in dashboard. Further check clock time and it isn't correct definitely your vehicle battery power disconnect or battery dead.
2. Check battery connection luges and terminals for any corrosion or tightness. If any corrosion there using baking soda and hot water can remove corrosion particles easily. If battery terminals damage or loss We have to change terminals. Further if you can by a multimeter can check voltage of battery (12.4 to 12.6 V is good)
3. Alternator not working or alternator belt damage can be cause to battery dead. By using jump start you can start engine and take vehicle to nearest battery charging station and check the battery.
4. Finally check starter for voltage drop. If it is change the starter.
