This apartment design has a modern, striking, and urban aesthetic. The façade uses bold vertical and horizontal lines with a mix of black and red elements, creating a strong visual rhythm. The left side features a neat grid of windows framed in red, while the right side is more dynamic with alternating vertical fins and red accents, adding depth and shading.
The ground level is open with covered parking, enhancing convenience for residents. The entrance is marked by a wide, flat-roof canopy supported by sleek columns, giving a grand and contemporary welcome. The boundary wall is simple yet elegant, softened with greenery and textured stone finishes for balance.
Overall, the design communicates a blend of functionality and bold style, suitable for an upscale urban setting. It feels both secure and prestigious, while maintaining a modern architectural statement.
