Happy International Women’s Day to all the wonderful women in my life. A special shout out to this bunch of beautiful souls I just spent the most amazing few days with in Sri Lanka. Thank you for the most amazing yoga retreat. 15 women, 14 nationalities, 5 days and almost 15 hours of yoga… all connecting as if we had known each other for years… in the most stunning place ✨

Hi insta peeps!
