Z135// The concept for the renovation of the business center lobby is based on the ambition to create a modern, balanced space where urban precision meets the calmness of nature. The interior is designed as a dialogue of light, textures, and proportions. Raw concrete surfaces, acoustic ceilings, and metal details establish a strong architectural foundation that contrasts with the soft shapes of the furniture, the warmth of natural wood, and the vitality of greenery. This contrast does not create tension but rather a harmonious balance - between the city and nature, between rationality and emotion. Lighting becomes an essential architectural element of the space - it not only illuminates but also shapes volume. Geometric LED structures seem to draw invisible lines in the air, emphasizing the space’s height and structure, while concealed contour lighting gently reveals surface transitions, lending the interior a sense of lightness. Green walls and large plants introduce life, improve the microclimate, and emphasize the connection to the natural world. These elements are not decorative additions but an integral part of the concept — a natural counterbalance to concrete and technology. From a functional perspective, the lobby is conceived as a multilayered public space: not merely a passageway, but a place to pause, converse, wait, or work. Rest zones of varying scale, arranged in organic forms, allow users to choose their desired level of intimacy or openness. The essence of this interior is quiet elegance and material balance. Every detail has been carefully considered — from the angle of light to the tactile sensation of surfaces. This is a space that does not seek to impress, but to communicate — calmness, professionalism, and respect for the individual.
