Plant tissue culture သည် သန့်ရှင်းသောပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အပင်၏ ဆဲလ် အပင်အစိတ်အပိုင်းများကို မီဒီယာပေါ်တွင် စိုက်ထုတ်၍ ထပ်မံပြုပြင်မွေးမြူခြင်းနည်းပညာဖြစ်သည်။

• ဒီနည်းနဲ့ မိခင်အပင်၏ မျိုးရိုးဗီဇနဲ့ ထပ်တူကျတဲ့ (genetically identical clones) အပင်များကို အလွန်လျင်လျင်မြန်မြန်ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်သည်၊ ပိုးကင်းစင်သော အပင်များရရှိစေသည်
