This is one part of the home that is a high traffic area used to store multiple items related to various kid’s activities. Having dedicated bins with labels for each activity helps contain the items in their place for easy access and tidying.

The most common question I get asked is “What can be done in a 5 hour session?”. Some people think that the whole house can be decluttered and organized in that time frame!

The duration it takes to declutter a certain area of the home actually depends on 3 main factors: the size of the area, how many items located in that area and how fast the client can make the decision to keep or let go.

For reference, this closet took about 5 hours with 2 organizers and the client’s active participation during the decision making process.

Alhamdulillah IZ Organizing celebrated the 2nd year milestone on 20th March 2025 (19th Ramadan 1446H). Just had the chance to catchup and document it here for memories. Thank you to all my clients who have been part of the 2nd year journey. I’ve tried my best to squeeze-in most of the sessions into this short reel. Honestly, the impact and bonding we have created is far beyond what the photos can show and I truly appreciate it. Looking forward for what year 3 will unfold. ❤️

Have you ever wondered how many hangers you actually need? Do you calculate based on the number of clothes? Or do you calculate based on the closet space you have?

Here’s the magic formula that’ll make your closet the best place for your clothes and make it easy for you to put items in and take them out.

MAGIC FORMULA: Every 1 foot space = 16 hangers.

*Depending on the type of hanger, clothing and material, it can go up to 19 hangers per foot.

By dividing your drawer into zones or compartments, you create designated spaces for each item. This not only keeps things visually tidy but also allows you to quickly see where everything is. You no longer have to dig through a pile of items to find what you need. Each item has its own place. This reduces the time and stress involved in searching for things, making your daily routines smoother and more efficient.
