Cameron Highlands Tomato Farm – Harvest Update

Our client in Cameron Highlands is currently enjoying an exceptional tomato harvest. With around 500 kilograms of tomatoes harvested each day over a period of 70 days, the results have been outstanding. This remarkable yield comes from a compact 1 acre plot, where 12,000 tomato plants are grown in pouches.

This success story is even more meaningful when we look back at the early stages of the planting cycle. The client initially faced significant challenges, including wilted leaves, slow growth, and overall weak plant development. These issues raised serious concerns about the potential yield and plant health.

By focusing on improving root strength, enhancing nutrient uptake, and activating beneficial microbial activity in the growing medium, the plants made a strong recovery. The sustained harvest is a clear reflection of healthier soil conditions and more resilient crop growth.

我们的客户目前在金马仑高原迎来了丰收的番茄季。每天采收约500公斤的番茄，持续长达70天，成果令人振奋。如此惊人的产量来自仅1英亩的土地，共种植了12,000棵袋装番茄植株。

这次的丰收尤为珍贵，因为在种植初期，客户曾面临诸多挑战，包括叶片萎蔫、生长缓慢，以及植株整体表现不佳等问题。这些情况一度令他对产量和植株健康感到担忧。

通过集中改善根系发育、提升养分吸收效率，并激活种植介质中的有益微生物活性，番茄植株逐渐恢复生机。如今持续稳定的采收量，正是土壤条件改善与作物抗逆性提升的真实体现。

These choy sum are ready for harvest! They’ve grown vigorously, with lush green bottom leaves which shows a clear sign of healthy soil and sufficient nutrients. You might spot a few minor pest nibbles, which are perfectly normal in natural farming as we rely on beneficial microbes to naturally strengthen plant health instead of using chemical pesticides. The plants are nourished with fish amino and organic fermented liquid fertiliser, along with Black Sand K. The root system is strong and well-developed, thanks to loose, well-structured soil enriched with organic matter from our compost. Healthy from root to leaf!

From struggling with slow growth and wilted leaves to strong, thriving tomato plants. What a transformation! 🌿

Just 3 weeks after applying the Fish Amino Acid and Fermented Chicken Manure Liquid Fertiliser (which we taught them to make), along with Black Sand K, the plants showed vigorous growth and no more wilted leaves!

Now, they’ve shared another update：The plants have started flowering and fruiting! 🍅🌼 Proof that the right approach to plant nutrition makes all the difference!

Our client’s tomato plants were facing slow growth and wilted leaves due to poor fertiliser management and a lack of organic matter in the growing medium. We taught them how to make their own Fish Amino Acid and Fermented Chicken Manure Liquid Fertiliser and introduced Black Sand K as part of the solution. These solutions help improve nutrient availability, empowering them with the tools for long-term sustainability.

This blueberry plant, purchased in November 2023 at 140mm in size, has thrived beautifully with regular care. Fed with Black Sand K and fermented prawn shell fertilizer every 10 days, it began blooming in early July and started fruiting in mid-August.

The photos, taken on August 17, 2024, showcase bright and vibrant flowers, glossy green leaves, and a healthy, well-attached structure. The plant is free from pests, spots, and discolorations.

We used Black Sand K, a highly concentrated nutrient supplement, mixing 0.5g with 1L of water. This solution was applied to the soil and sprayed on the stem and leaves every 10 days.

这株蓝莓植物于2023年11月购买，初始尺寸为140毫米，经过定期护理后健康茁壮成长。每10天施用 Black Sand K 和发酵虾壳肥料，它于7月初开始开花，并于8月中旬开始结果。
