*Resepi sotong goreng tepung crunchy and cendawan enoki crunchy*

Telur 2 biji+tepung gandum 1 sudu+serbuk kunyit 1/4 sudu+serbuk lada putih+ sedikit garam (campur semua n jadi adunan pertama)

Tepung bestari pedas or garlic +3 sudu tepung jagung (adunan kedua)-Adunan kering sahaja

Mula celup dlm adunan pertama n then adunan kedua lepastu goreng dlm minyak panas (api sederhana)😄
