8. Not all of the bags comes with a dustbag, even though it's originally from the Boutique. The dustbag might have been used and thrown away before it's being displayed at the outlet. Logically, if you think dustbag is a MUST, do purchase a premier design handbags, or Coach handbag from the boutique, it's available at coach.com and you may also choose any available colors.
9. We get paper bags and boxes for free, but, we choose not to ship them to Malaysia as it takes space and adds weight to the shipment.
10. We always select and buy an item which we think in a good condition, but, from our experience, most of items especially those we got from Factory Outlet, will not be 100% perfect. For example, there will be some minor scratches on the body, handle or hardware. If you're a fussy buyer, you are not advised to make a purchase, as you need to accept the item "AS IS".
