✨❤This beautifully crafted high-rise residence at Tropicana Garden spans 1,406 sqft and reflects a design direction tailored to the owner's artistic lifestyle. With clean lines, neutral tones, and a balanced mix of textures, the space radiates warmth and modern elegance.

Thoughtfully selected details — such as light wood flooring, raw stone-textured feature walls, ambient lighting, and glasswork accents — create a seamless blend of comfort and luxury.
