This should change your mindset.

You see,

Probably, 20 years ago, I would have thought that individuals who make tough leadership sustainability decisions were mean and hard hearted but 20 years or more after, I would have sat to learn early enough but then I forgive myself. I truly do!

There is a punch line here.
Building a quality brand, business, career or leadership position is not a soft meat, It's a tough one.

And like I'd always write, No matter how you crave and desire for it, There are certain places you dare not smell if you don't level up.

There are people you can't associate with, if you're not within the confines of their circle.

There are meetings you can't be invited in because, you're not needed. And no it's not pride. It's social stratification.

Okay, Let me break it down.

For you to be in an early morning TV show, It's because you have something to be invited for. You go through process to be there. There's an exchange.

For you to be in a top government official meeting, it's because you have a pass card to be there for whatever reason. Maybe as a pressman, A photographer, An aide or something.

Please do not think people invest so much in themselves just to come and scuttle for sand play, Erase that thought fast because when you get there,You'll understand better. So it's better you grow up there with the right mindset.

Like I said, Had I known that some decisions in life come off as years and years of dedication, pain, sweat and labour, I won't bat an eyelid towards any leader making great but tough leadership choices.

Truth is, Growth, I mean accelerated growth comes with a lot of price to be paid.

For someone like me, My target is far beyond what any common mind can comprehend.

It's taking a lot and I'm willing to pay the price for that target.

For one, I don't decrease my value, I scale it up and increase my worth. And I'm not stopping anytime soon.

So if indeed, You'd want to make some earthquaking impact, Be ready to burn the midnight candle. And this could mean anything even the candle, literally.

And one more thing, Increase your value card,Your circle will find you.

Need I add, Whatever you do, remember there is a difference between empathy, emotions and critical thinking. Knowing where and when to apply them will do you a world of good.

LET'S BANK THE UNBANKED WOMAN

When a woman works for me, maybe a cleaner or cook or whatever role, then she asks me to pay her salary to her husband's account...

Here's what I do:

- I dash her 5000 Naira
- I hold back the salary
- I ask her to use the 5000 Naira to go and open a bank account within the next few days
- Then text me the account number and I pay her salary into it

I have done this for 3 women now and it has changed their lives.

The first woman learnt how to save when she got her bank account.

Her son just entered the University and she was able to pay a huge fee. She prays for me everyday because of that action.

The second woman called this morning to thank me that she never knew she could own 200k cash of her own.

She too saved up using her bank account.

Don't get me wrong, I am not refusing for their husband's to see their money.

No. That's not my point.

I love marriage. I love husband and I encourage women to help their husbands.

But, every woman needs to learn the path of financial freedom.
Having a bank account is a necessity in that journey.

If you are reading this post and there is a woman who works for you that you pay cash every month, please try my method and help her get banked.

Then teach her to save and use banking services.

One day, she can access some small loans from microfinance banks and her small business can be turned around.

That simple action of forcing her to open a bank account, could be the beginning of her journey to millions.

'Banking the unbanked' is not just a Fintech slogan.

No!

It is giving a woman a beautiful life.

Let's join hands to bank many unbanked women.

Emphasise numbers 8 and 10

1. Silence is more powerful than when you try to prove a point.

2. When trust is broken, sorry means nothing

3. Control your actions, and learn to react less.

4. When you are honest you will lose people who don't deserve you.

5. One beautiful heart is worth more than 1000 faces

6. Small circles, private life, clear mind and a happy heart

7. Never go back to somebody who has already broken you.

8. Stop overthinking things, you can not control everything.

9. If somebody is stupid enough to let go of you, learn to be smart enough to let them go
