Merit-based Leadership is all we need to restore sanity in Governance and the lost glory of Education in Nigeria..

Nigeria is sinking into a society where wealth and influence rather than competence and merit , hold power which is demotivating and detrimental to the system with the following consequences among others:

Brain drain and youth disillusionment occurs everyday as talented youths find their way out of the country as there is no regards for education but Money.

Inversion of values is the result of having touts in power as corruption and unethical behaviour by those in power undermines trust and perpetuates the cycle of wrongdoing. Even professors are now used to rig elections.

Paradox of Services: Virtually every institution created for better life is working in a reverse direction : Those to protect you in uniforms are the source of harm today in many instances, those meant to provide good health are the ones taking out organs and causing harm to citizens, even those to teach and imbibe good morals are the ones spoiling students and pupils at school..
Electoral umpires that are supposed to be neutral are the ones now making a mess of election results all because the quality of leaders.

Call to Action
This message serves as a wake-up call, urging Nigerians to demand better leadership that is merit based to restore sanity in the system and the value of education. Every seed will have a harvest time. We all have a role to play in addressing these issues as individuals, communities and institutions.

Many marriages could have survived if not for dirty assumptions or figments of one partner's imagination. If you want your marriage to last long then trust is key. Stop pretending to be sure of what you don't know and making your conjectures appear real because it's fake without a concrete evidence.

Ask for God's speed not rush

We are now in the last quarter of this year 2025. Remain focused friends and be grateful to God for life. Tell yourself that it is not over yet, I know my Redeemer lives to take me to that glorious place of destiny ordained for me at this time of life by God's determinate council. The Man I love so much down there in the picture.

If you want joy and happiness, be intentional in putting smiles on at least faces of three people every day. That's a triple seed sowing daily and surely the harvest will come!
Each time I think of good hearts and things to do , I remember the man in the picture and many of his awesome and unforgettable moments in court as a judge. So please do good in your own little ways.

Eg. remember to call your wife/ someone close and tell him/her that you love him/her or someone you think is lonesome to know he is remembered. Or Pay transport fare for a total stranger or tollgate for the car coming after you or pay for lunch for someone or visit the sick in hospital or buy little token for someone in prison. You never know what this will mean to the receiver. It may trigger a true turning point.

STOP TRYING TO DEFEND THE INDEFENSIBLE

Adams Oshiomole thinks he can confuse anybody with his belated stories of Obasanjo informing him before coming to Edo as the President. Was it not official duty he came for?
We used to think this man is intelligent but he is proving otherwise with his very unfair and unsolicited comparison. Has Oshiomole become the mouth piece of Okpebholo ?
Anyway Nigeria is where you see black and people you least expect will be going to TV station to say it is white..Obi is not in same class with neither Oshiomole nor his political puppet or stooge. It may be convenient for Adams to say Obi was his colleague but truth is that he can never belong to Obi's class and that is certain even with all his getting and grammar.
