🍳 The Stainless Steel Heat Trick! ✨ Do your eggs and meat always stick to your stainless steel pots? Stop scrubbing and try this instead!
Before adding any oil or food, heat your dry pot on medium heat. Drop a few splashes of water into it.
❌ If the water fizzes and evaporates, the pot isn’t ready yet.
✅ If the water beads up and rolls around like marbles (the Leidenfrost effect!), your pot is perfectly heated and naturally non-stick!
Now you can add your oil, lower the heat slightly, and cook with ease. No more messy cleanups or ruined meals!
