NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THE REASON FOR CRACKED OR PULLED SCREEDING.

The reason for this cracked or pulled screeding is not mostly from the screeder as presumed by most client.

It is caused by

* Poor Plastering
* Inadequate cement
* and the type of sand used.

Like in ABUJA where cracked screeding are common most buildings, they usually use clay sand that looks like cement colour.
When you mix the sand with water you can hardly know there's no cement in it. When the masonry is managing cement, he will add only one bag of cement in about 15 heap of wheel barrow of sand, thereby making the plaster not stand the test of time to have a strong grip on the screeding. After about a year the screeding will start pulling up due lack of strong connection between the wall.

Sharp sand: some people use only sharp sand to do plaster, and you know when you use only sharp sand it will be hard to coordinate especially when it has dried. Creaks of the sand will be loosing grip from wall making the screeding to pull out or crack.
