Client:- I need 7bedrooms duplex (3 down then 4up)

Me:- Okay sir, please what’s your land size

Client:- I will send the land survey to you

Me:- Okay sir, That’s the best sir

Client:- How much will that be (complete drawing both Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electricals)

Me:- 600k (slightly negotiable sir)

Client:- that’s way too much, it should be 80k but I will pay 100k, but I will pay you advance of 40k and then 60k when you’re done.

Me:- 👇👇👇👇 (in my mind) ah swear if no be respect i have for elders, I for Comot your teeth 🦷 right now 😠😡😡
