People with delicate scalp deserve an award honestly 😭
You’ll see us looking rough for weeks not because we don’t want to make our hair… but because we are mentally preparing for the pain 💔😂

The moment they say “tighten your head small” at the salon, tears start gathering in our eyes 😩
And don’t even let them use tiny comb to scratch the scalp like they are digging for gold 😭

We love neat hairstyles too, but our scalp said: “suffering is not allowed here” 😂

If you also loosen your hair immediately you get home from the salon, this post is for you 🤣

One thing that saves me on busy days?
Cooking beans in bulk and storing it for future use 🙌🏽

I wash it once, cook plenty at once, then put in a container and freeze.
That way, whenever hunger strikes, half of the work is already done 😅

Beans for porridge? Ready.😍

At this point, my freezer is doing co-parenting with me 😂

Mothers, please tell me I’m not the only one surviving with “cook once, eat many times” strategy 👇🏽
