It's worth seeking out baking ammonia to be able to make these Polish Ammonia Cookies. They. are crisp with the lightest texture ever!

Polish Zebra Cheesecake (Sernik Zebra) is delicious and eye catching with easy to make alternating rings of vanilla and chocolate filling!

Bób Sałatki Polish Broad Bean Salad is a light refreshing side dish, tender bright green beans in a light fresh herb dressing!

This restaurant, hotel, garden and market place is awesome! Their vegetable garden is so beautiful, the place looks amazing and the food is good as well. Succesfull date night with my love yesterday (although any night without the kids can't be anything other than great 😉)

This place close to the center of Rotterdam is so cool. Pretty hipster but definitely worth a visit. It's got the perfect view of Rotterdam from the terrace and delicious local produce including cheese from Booij Kaasmakers, bread, coffee, veggies and beer from a small brewery.
